Founders Hall Art Gallery presents a variety of exhibitions throughout the year. The two-story, 8,000 square foot Art Gallery offers a spacious feel and features hardwood floors and windows. Depending on the type of your event, the first floor can accommodate up to 300 people and the second floor can accommodate up to 200 people. Special events held in the Founders Hall Art Gallery include cocktail receptions, banquets, fundraisers, corporate dinners, lectures, holiday parties and reunions.
The Meeting Room located on the third floor is a pristine, elegantly decorated room available for meetings, lectures and concerts. The room can seat up to 200 people theatre-style.
An executive Board Room is also located on the third floor of Founders Hall. The interior is adorned with cherry wood walls and a solid wood conference table and leather executive chairs. The Board Room can accommodate a meeting for up to 25 people.
Events can be held in the building's Atrium located on the first floor just outside the Art Gallery. The Atrium is surrounded by flags of all the countries represented by our students and a view 98 feet up to the domed ceiling. Small receptions, lectures and event registrations are suitable events to hold in this special area of Founders Hall.
Your special event can also be held outside Founders Hall at Peace Fountain which is located in front of Peace Lake. The fountain may be turned on or off for events. A cocktail reception at Peace Fountain with a view of the beautiful lake would be the perfect start to any evening. The area is also conducive for a sit-down dinner followed by dancing near the lake. The concrete fountain area has also been transformed into a stage complete with dance floor for beautiful daytime and evening presentations.
With a "Field House" architectural model and no hanging scoreboard, Soka's Gymnasium sports a very high ceiling with little obstruction to higher levels.
