Soka understands the importance of dining as part of the total experience of living on campus. That is why Soka has partnered with Bon Appétit, the premier name in University dining, to create a custom restaurant experience!

Our chefs only cook from scratch using fresh seasonal ingredients. They take their role in the community seriously and make socially responsible purchasing decisions and are committed to serving great tasting, authentic, nutritious foods!

Soka Bistro

Soka Bistro is the main dining hall, located on the second floor of the Student Center and offers a variety of foods ranging from exciting exhibition stations with fresh Asian and International cuisine prepared before your eyes to delicious house made desserts prepared by our on-staff baker. You'll find a custom deli and extensive salad bar selections as well as soups made from scratch daily. We also offer a "Fire and Ice" station, as well as locally-roasted Groundwork coffee.

And to ensure satisfaction, a comment/suggestion box is maintained. Either the Dining Manager or the Executive Chef will respond to every comment card within 24 hours. In addition, students can send requests, suggestions or personal recipes.

At Sokafé, our on-campus coffee house, we serve all of your favorite hot and cold espresso drinks along with Chai Tea, hot chocolate, fruit smoothies, Naked juice and other drink favorites. Pair your beverage with fresh baked cookies or snacks or get a bite to go with salads or wraps!

Open during the non-bistro hours, it is perfect for when you get thirsty or hungry in between classes or when you're studying late at night.
