Frequently Asked Questions
Parking on campus is $10. We recommend carpooling to speed up the lines.
We have limited capacity for both people and parking spots on campus, so we strongly recommend carpooling and arriving early. Once parking is full, we will close the campus and implement a one-in, one-out policy. Please note that there are no guarantees of parking availability once the festival reaches capacity, and leaving the campus may result in being unable to re-enter. Thank you for your understanding.
Accessible parking for people with disabilities is available in Parking Lot A and Parking Structure B. Shuttle vans will run continuously between parking lots to assist you. The information center can assist you in finding elevators and restrooms. Accessible routes are also marked in the program, along with the First Aid and Lost and Found station at the information center on Founders Walk.
Dogs are not allowed on festival grounds, unless they are trained service animals. We appreciate your cooperation.
Yes. The International Festival was an incredible part of Soka’s history, held in May the first 18 years after the founding of our Aliso Viejo campus. We’re excited to introduce a new chapter in our connection with the community.
The global pandemic required that we pause the International Festival to ensure the health and safety of our community. During the intervening years, we began to reimagine what kind of event would best serve our local community now and in the future. We can’t wait to experience the Soka Arts, Music & Food Festival with you!
