Ikeda College – Undergraduate Studies
This combo study abroad program is located in Shinjuku, Tokyo and then moves to Machida City, Kanagawa. Program participants’ language levels vary as this program offers six levels of Japanese study.
Program Characteristics
Fall Semester (Early September to Late December)
Cumulative GPA 2.5
Program participants will be placed in one of six different levels in the Core Japanese Program, depending on previous study and the results of placement tests.
The Machida City area has less tourism than other parts of greater Tokyo and offers a more authentic Japanese environment.
Students stay in a single room at the International Dormitory. The dormitory is located next to a train station.
