Ikeda College – Undergraduate Studies
SUA offers a study abroad program at Stendhal University in Grenoble through CEA CAPA. This program allows students to choose from two tracks: French language and culture or intensive French language.
It was four of the best months of my life… I would not have minded staying for a year, and I definitely will be going back to Grenoble to visit.
Program Characteristics
The fall semester takes place from early September to mid-December. The spring semester takes place from mid-January to late May.
2.5 GPA
You can choose between a French language and culture track for gaining knowledge about French culture or an intensive French track for an in-depth study of the language. Class sizes range between 10 and 16 students to allow more personalized attention.
You may take day and overnight excursions to destinations outside of the French Alps such as Aix-en-Provence, Marseilles, Geneva, Avignon, and Vienne.
You will live in a CEA CAPA-approved apartment or a homestay with a French family. Homestays are highly recommended.
